Here are all the details for the Spring and Fall retreats. The cost for the weekend has gone up due to the higher costs of renting the room for 4 days and the rental of tables. If you have any questions call the store at 403-580-2101. Registration is open now.
One Scrappy Chick is offering a retreat weekend at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre in Medicine Hat, AB. There will be 3 FULL days of Scrapbooking. You can stay as late as you want on Sunday evening.

Coffee, tea, and water will be provided throughout the weekend. Unfortunately I am unable to bring the Keurig. There will no longer be a snack table.
Lots of giveaways throughout the weekend and a Grand Prize draws.
We also do demos of products and make n' takes throughout the weekend.
Use of the conference room Friday from 9 am until Sunday evening. Scrapping goes until about 2 am or 3 am each night. We start to pack up the store at noon on Sunday but you are welcome to stay Sunday evening as late as you would like to.
Lunch will be provided on Saturday.
Access to a fully stocked store including patterned paper, embellishments, stickers, chipboard, adhesive, albums, tools, paints, inks and cardstock. We will keep a running total of all purchases made throughout the weekend and add it all Sunday morning.
Cost for the weekend is $120.00 plus tax per person. Accommodations are separate and can be made through the hotel by calling the Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre @ (403) 527-8844. The block of rooms I have booked for both retreats are released on certain dates the info is in brackets at the top. So please book your hotel room prior to that date to ensure that you have a room. Room rates are 95.00/night and they provide a complimentary breakfast. There are also rooms available with a fridge and microwave, if you would like one please ask the hotel when booking.
PLEASE BRING A TABLE CLOTH. This is a request from the rental place to protect the tables.
A $50.00 deposit is required to secure your spot and must be paid at the time of sign up. I am unable to put your name on the list without a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment is required 21 days prior to the weekend.
If you are unable to attend you can sell your spot to someone else which is your responsibility and please let us know so that we are aware of it.
To ensure that all groups are seated together we do arranged seating. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests but cannot be guaranteed.
The convention room is very large and there will be a ramp available for the 4 steps leading into the room.
