Here are all the details for the retreat on April 8th-10th/2016. The cost for the weekend has gone up due to the higher costs of renting the room for 4 days. If you have any questions call the store at 403-580-2101. Registration will open on January 5th.

One Scrappy Chick is offering a retreat weekend at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre in Medicine Hat, AB. There will be 3 full days of scrapbooking.

Page layouts are on display for ideas.

Use of the workshop tools including the sewing machine, cricut, cricut cartridges (please supply your own cutting mat), and bigshot.

Coffee, tea, and water will be provided throughout the weekend. Unfortunately I am unable to bring the Keurig. There will no longer be a snack table.

Door prizes and Grand Prize draws.

Use of the conference room Friday from 9 am until Sunday at 6 pm. Scrapping goes until about 2 am or 3 am each night. We start to pack up the store at noon on Sunday but you are welcome to stay until 6 pm.

Lunch will be provided on Saturday.

Access to a fully stocked store including patterned paper, embellishments, stickers, chipboard, adhesive, albums, tools, paints, inks and cardstock. We will keep a running total of all purchases made throughout the weekend and add it all Sunday morning.

Cost for the weekend is $110.00 plus tax per person. Accommodations are separate and can be made through the hotel by calling the Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre @ (403) 527-8844. The block of rooms I have booked will be released on March 8th so please book your hotel room prior to that date.

PLEASE BRING A TABLE CLOTH. This is a request from the hotel to protect the tables.

Policies:

A $50.00 deposit is required to secure your spot and must be paid at the time of sign up. I am unable to put your name on the list without a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.

Full payment is required 21 days prior to the weekend.

If you are unable to attend you can sell your spot to someone else which is your responsibility and please let us know so that we are aware of it.

To ensure that all groups are seated together we do arranged seating. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests but cannot be guaranteed.

The convention room is very large and bright.
